MELBOURNE DEMONS! :)
YES! Its pretty much settled! Farmer will sign a new 3 year deal with Melbourne next week!
This is fantastic news.... i didn't think he'll leave but he seemed like the only one with the valid reason to; although i heard his partner and kids have moved to Melbourne, SO ITS ALLLLLLLLLL GOOD! :D

ummm sorry to disappoint you freo fan, but wiz will re-sign. his partner and kids have relocated, andddd John Anderson is in perth this weekend finalising it all with Jeff perth based management group this week. We all know that freo need some good players, but i am afraid you will have to look elsewhere :D

West Australian article today

Not too sure if you saw this in Melbourne, but it's written by Greg Denham.

P. 110 "Demons in turnmoil over Farmer contract"

Basically it was saying Farmer has cut his ties with his agent Tony Buti and has joined forces with Ron Joseph. John Anderson was quoted as saying "We're back to square one" and the required remuneration is in question.

Then it went on to talk about Steven Febey.

hmmm well i didnt get that in adelaide, but then again it aint about the cows or the ****s. :D :p . but lordy i hope it isnt true :(

Well for any of you interested, this is the article:
http://www.realfooty.theage.com.au/news/2001/08/22/FFXNO8MKMQC.html

All i can say is that while his new agent is known for having his players switching clubs, it's still a good sign Farmer moved all his business down to Melbourne coz at least now we know he has no intention to move to Freo or West Coast.

well i read the article and something interesting popped out at me

"Joseph-managed players have been some of the biggest movers between clubs in recent years, including Peter Bell, Fraser Gehrig, Leigh Colbert, Shannon Grant, Wayne Schwass and Jeff White.

that name in bold J. White, might just hold the key if things get sticky with ron joseph. but really, if he has moved his family and that over here, there is no reason to move back to WA..... and if he did then it would be cos of the dosh. and that would make him a money hungary swine. but he'll stay.
