some of my faves include

ameer indian in essendon

tookaya japanese in niddrie

vlads in richmond.....best steaks i`ve ever eaten

avtar indian in heidelberg... dive of a place but the best butter chicken i have ever tasted

Make sure you take a loaf of bread and go feed some ducks afterwards ive heard this guarantees you some sechs...

Or you could bring your fixie and wooly jumper and oversized 'comedy' sunnies and go for a spin around Smith St.

I live around the corner from Hellenic Republic. That place must be selling some seriously good food as it's always packed. Or maybe it's just ubercool. I don't really 'get' food. I'm just as happy with a bowl of cornflakes as a 4 star Michelin feast.

I'm the same. Dont really rate fancy restaurants. I like pretty plain and uncomplicated food.
