smashing pumpkins - where boys fear to tread
megadeth - symphony of destruction

Foo Fighters - Baker Street (if we're talking purely guitar riffs)

Once again I couldn't stop myself once I started

One of my all time fave riff is..

For Whom The Bell Tolls - Metallica
This song has about 4 awesome changing riffs in the intro which makes me wanna play guitar every time I hear it.

Ministry - Just One Fix
Another awesome riff that just thrashes and also makes me wanna play guitar

Old - Machinehead

Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck - Prong

5 Minutes Alone - Pantera

Unsung - Helmet

Du Hast - Rammstein

Electric Head Part 1 - White Zombie

Jesus Saves - Slayer

Season In The Abyss - Slayer

Wasting Away - Nailbomb

Slave Girl - Lime Spiders

Kashmir - Led Zeppelin

Self Bias Resistor - Fear Factory (not so much the intro riff but it has an awesome change in the middle which is **** hot).

I have many more also but this is it for now!

Opening guitar intros to:

March of the SOD/Speak English or Die - SOD

Quality or Quantity - Bad Religion

And the middle riffs/solo on Slayer's Chemical Warfare, especially on the Decade of Aggression live album, leading up to the "fach it up" and then its just a high speed assault after that

F!@#$%^ awesome.

All the riffs on Into the Void are pretty special too. Dominance and Submission by Blue Oyster Cult is probably my all time favourite. Also love the riffs in Jailbreak by AC/DC, Pinhead by the Ramones, Submission by the Sex Pistols and All Day and All of the Night by the Kinks.

Girl I Want To be With You is so similar to I All Day and All of The night. I wondered when someone was going to list some intros by The Kinks and those Riff Meisters, Keef and Mick such as Brown Sugar and Get Offa My Cloud.

Shazam! - Spiderbait
