I love Roast Turkey with heaps of cranberry sauce smoothered over it.

Second choice would be pork with apple sauce.

I just love the condiments that go with various meats - that's what makes it taste good.

I'm hankering for a lamb felafel right now, followed by a juicy roast pig on a spit with the crackling, and if I have enough room I'll have a couple of roast chicken legs thanks.

Duck's good. Bit fatty though. Plus when you see how they go from alive to BBQ it's a bit of a turn-off.
