4th club ..the lucky bastard only had one club in his hand ...and all in with a pair of sevens is a pretty good bet ..he was in front preflop by around 10%.

13 Clubs, 3 out on the board, one in the guys hand = 8 clubs left in the deck!

Even though Fev was infront the whole way, sucking out to a one card flush is the worst beat especially after hitting your set, you should never go ALL IN unless you got the nuts!

Not true. Day 2, blinds are big, short stack on the table, you cant wait to collect pocket aces to go all in pre flop. Fev made the correct play in my book, just got unlucky.
