My thought's are simple. Miller hasn't done enough to warrant a spot get rid of him and Bring Fev in through the Rookie draft.

He's at most of our games cheering on the boys and close to a few. Off memory the main ones are Martin Newman Deledio Connors and a few others.

Let Griffiths Develop it will also free Riewoldt up and give us that extra marking forward along with Vickery and Griffiths. That way if "Touch wood" Injury does happen we have some one to come in.

I know our main concern is Ruck and Back line i can't see why not give away nothing to land us someone who could give us a shot at finals. He's just an upgrade on Miller.

The AFL is all for giving him a Second chance as well.

The issue with Miller is that he's used with Richmond as a stopgap, given the third forward role that no one in the Richmond side is currently capable of playing, there was a moment against Carlton where he was in a 1 vs 3 and he was able to create enough pressure to allow Jack to come and assist, he kicked 3 goals in one of the games, was forced to fill in as a ruckman, and has been a scapegoat for our failings

there were many worse performers than him when he was in the side

If Moore and Grimes are good to go in defence next year, surely you'd prefer Astbury as a third tall forward option over Fevola.
