Fev's 500th Goal

Fev is getting very close to his 500th goal. I am not entirely sure how many goals he has but I watched the replay of the Brisbane match last night and before he kicked his first, his stats said he had 486 goals plus the 5 he kicked would have him on 491. I then checked Footy Wire which says he has 493 goals.

Either way, it would be very nice if he could reach the milestone this week against the bummers.

Given previous form against the scum, 7+ goals is a definite possibility.

Anyone know the stats on how many have kicked 500 for Carlton ( i think it's either 1 or 2 i think )and the all time Goal kicking list...?

If he can stay reasonably injury free, then I don't see why he couldn't get up to 800 goals, and beyond. To finish his career as Carltons greatest ever goalkicker would be some sort of achievement, given the players that have gone before him.

Currently third on the all-time Carlton list behind Sticks and Harry Vallence. He passed Jezza last year.

Yeah have to agree with this. I can't see him leaving if we look like having good teams in 2012 and 2013. If he left after that he would be 33-34 which would give him plenty of time pursue and NFL career.

As an aside, from what I have heard, he needs to do a bit of learning regarding what kicking in the NFL is about before any NFL teams would be interested.
