File Upload Sites

Does anyone know of a decent upload site that allows the uploader to view how many times their file has been downloaded??

Not sure if these ones allow you to view stats, my guess would be at least one does, but you could try these.

The other alternative would be to get some cheap web hosting and just use it to store your files. You can easily check the download stats with the hosting control panel.

Rapidshare shows me how many times my files have been downloaded.
