Was anyone else impressed by Fiora. He's normally a player that seems to go missing in the big games but against WC I thought hewas really a good and might have taken a step forward to being a regular 22 player. He took a good mark in the goal sqaure when he needed to take the mark and his run and carry was very good. Maybe, he is finally going to start playing some consistently good footy. Maybe, this is the game where he turns the corner.

Whether he would be if we had a full team list is another question, but when have we had a full list to choose from?

I must admit i did not see the WC Game but i am certainly yet to be converted to be a Fiora Fan i think 1 more season. the club should let him klnow although im sure he already does he needs to step up and see what he can do.

does any one know was his pre season interupted and only just starting to come good? he just seems a little to weak for my likeing although i did say that about goddard a year or so ago and look at him now.

Fiora, had another good game against Geelong. The jury is still out on him but he was handy yesterday, only had 11 disposals but provided a good option across half-forward and kicked a goal. He seemed to take lots of marks as a leading half-forward yesterday. Hopefully, he can continue to show promise.

Agreed, but in the last few weeks he has started to convert me. Good link man, carries the ball, kicks well. I would give him one more year. Note that his good games have been since Thomas effectively called him soft a few weeks back. Was that the rocket he needed?

One of the most impressive things about him is that he can make a big impact with just 10 possessions like he did against Geelong. If only he could get 20 posssessions he would be a fantastic player.
