Help Flashing black bars across screen

Hi all,

Every now and then I've been getting black bars in different places on this website that flash horizontally. Happens every now and then, flashes very quickly a few times then stops.

Sometimes it's at the top of the screen,sometimes in the middle, others in the end.

I don't think it's my computer because it only happens on this site.

Srs though you aren't talking about the loading bar thing that pops up? Mine has appeared in random places but mostly sticks to the top right hand corner out of the way.
