Tim Fleming cleared earlier tonight of his rough play charge. Personally I thought it would have been thrown out and not go up before the tribunal. Doesn't really matter in the end seeing as he got off.

Richmond tagger Tim Fleming’s unbroken run of games since finally breaking into the AFL this season is set to continue after he was cleared of rough play by the AFL tribunal on Tuesday night.
Fleming was charged with rough play against Collingwood’s Jason Cloke during the opening minutes of Friday night’s loss at the MCG but successfully argued he had only executed a legitimate bump in legitimate circumstances.
“I’m diving in for a ball in dispute,’ he told the tribunal in evidence.
“”I’m trying to clear a space for the ball by bumping the other player off the ball.”
The tribunal took less than three minutes to clear Fleming of the charge.
Fleming, who was Carlton’s reserves captain last year, made his AFL debut this season at the age of 25 after being drafted by the Tigers.
And since breaking into the Richmond side against Fremantle in round three, he has played every game this season and will now be available for Saturday night’s clash against the bottom-placed Western Bulldogs at Telstra Dome.
