They spend $128 million on a a new stand and first comments I hear is it is a disaster. It was not even sunny day yesterday and the glare on the tote window and TV screens was so bad the tote operators needed sun glasses.
Tote screens hidden in a corner, not enough female toilets there will problems come cup carnival. Seems like they designed it like a five star hotel and not for a racecourse.
