Fall Out Boy

Had myself a small footy double this morning, Hawthorn into St. Kilda (took the first 3 margins for either team).

Anyway, both outsiders get up (Saints were up to $4.60 H2H, and Hawthorn $2.90), and the double pays a measly $49.10.

The halftime/fulltime double last night paid $41, despite being a relatively predictable result.

And the TAB wonders why people turn to bookies to bet on football.
They've got to put more incentive into footy betting otherwise their pools will continue to dwindle (this pool had $13K in it).

Never again will i take a footydouble with the TAB.

RANT OVER

Agree 100% with you on that one. When you compare the Hawthorn/ St Kilda bet with the halftime-fulltime double for the North v Richmond game, it proves the TAB to be a joke.

You deadset deserve a holiday for two by backing home the Hawks/Saints double, and yet you barely get anything.

Definitely agree that the TAB need to place more emphasis on drawing people into attractive footy odds, or else everyone will be jumping on the bookies next time.

i think that is being a little harsh on them. So you think $42 is nothing from a $1 bet. It is good i reckon. Sure they weer upsets but even Fixed odds doubles wouldn't have payed much more. Just say you put $10 on it, you get $400. That is pretty good.
