Just want to know if anyone has used any draft pick in the game after round 2 and drafted a player which they have blooded into a good player. In other words have you used any 3rd, 4th or 5th round picks and picked up someone who has turned into a good player (not including recycled players)?

I picked up Jarrad McVeigh and Kepler Bradley with 2 3rd round picks...but no I for one am yet to find a decent player with late draft picks...heck even one of my prized no.1 draft picks turned into a dud.

Drafted a guy at #76, played 200 games for me and made All Australian.

I got a guy with Pick number #65. He turned out to play 165 games, kick 645 goals (Best was 15) Won 3 coleman medals, 1 Brownlow and 6 club championships. (One with Fremantle because i loaded him off when he was 32)

Nup, I struggle to pick up decent players past round 2. As someone said, sometimes my first round picks are duds. It'd help if it showed you their overall score next to their name .
