Have run into an annoying error. I just sent an email off to Footy Fanatic for advice, and thought Id throw it up here also to see if anyone had any suggestions for my error.

Towards the end of my 4th season I have encountered an error I dont know how to fix.

It is at the end of round 15 and I click on 'Next round' and it goes to the "REPORTS' section, I click on 'Get Verdicts' and i get the following error....

Run Time Error '-2147467259 (80004005)'
Key Column Information is insufficient or Incorrect. Too many rows were effected by update.

I click OK or Cancel on the error box and FootyFanatic shuts down.

When I try and start again, it goes to the end of round 15 again, and the same process occurs. I was doing ok through this season with only 7 reserves players, and a fragile list (sounds just like my team).


Im also unable to start a new season.

Any Advice would be hugely appreciated.

Do a search for 'Footy Fanatic'...

You'll find many, many threads discussing the numerous and varies issues which commonly and regularly appear.

Been there, done that early this morning.

Couldnt find anything related to my particular error.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

same thing happened to me when the reports came up. problem was there was more than one of the exact same report that round. so you have to go into access2000 to edit the reports for that round and delete one of the duplicates.

Can't believe it was that easy.

I found the reports file, and sure enough, Nick Stevens was reported twice for the same thing..

Is this a bug planted by Port Adelaide fans?
