Footy in Germany??

im going to germany next year for a whole year and was wondering if they have an AFL equivilant there or do i have to spend the whole year watching soccer??

They certainly don't have Footy at the standard of the AFL, but there is an amateur league, with ex-pats and locals. So if you get homesick about your Footy then I would go to www.aflg.de and contact someone there. They have clubs in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, and Hamburg. I am sure they could help you if you wanted to watch AFL games while you were there.

Also guys trying to start clubs in Koeln (Cologne) and Stuttgart, if they're closer....

If you want a kick bad enough, you can generally work something out
