Forget Carey

I used to think it would be good if we did get him, not so much anymore. We need to go out and get a ruckman, and even a speedy midfielder. Of course both of these, even one of these will be hard to get but what's the use in getting Carey if he's in the forward line if we can't get the ball in there properly.
Don't get me wrong, I would have loved Carey to be with us next season, but, I don't think even he could get us to win next years Premiership.

And yes, I'm a bit ****ed off at today's performance.

Agree wholeheartedly with your comments.

My only addition is that I think that we have potential midfielders in our midst and that we are not giving them a go.

My thoughts are McGrath and Harvey, but maybe Mark Johnson or Ramma could do the job at a pinch in 2003 if they are underdone.

I say mission number ONE for Bomber recruiters is GET A RUCKMAN!!

We need a ruckman badly, a couple of years ago when Misiti & Mercuri were younger we ccould get away with it, because they were so good & quick, that they got the ball from the oppositions hit outs, that isn't happening anymore, also I think Hille should be getting more ground time, why Salmon was kept on after being beaten badly amazes me, Hille won't get better if he is warming the bench. Also, hopefully next year if Solomon comes back fully fit that will help our back line.
