Was just glancing over the fixture and came across the round 6 Essendon Vs Hawthorn clash at the MCG, apparently the games is celebrating some sort of 'Foundation Day' – it was highlighted in the AFL’s fixture publication as one of the 'highlights'

Any idea what 'Foundation Day' actually is and what its celebrating
