A big difference that I noticed between this week and last was that Fraser flooded back, whereas last week he often stayed in the forward 50 (although I watched last week on TV so he may have been back more than I noticed). He simply can't get back to the forward line quickly enough when he is involved in the flood. This means that our backs and onballers go around the wings to buy time instead of going through the guts and looking for his lead.

It seems we need to be setting up more like we did against the Swannies...

If the Saints, honestly believe they are a legitimate premiership contender, then based on last nights performance, that window of opportunity has gone.

To flood against an improving Hawthorn for the whole game, convinced me that the Saints are weak.

Why would you need to flood at every opportunity? All that tells me, is that the coach had zero confidence in the side to go man on man with the Hawks.

The Hawks are 2 years away from being a legit finals contender.

The Saints were very disappointing last night.

We all have injuries, every team in the AFL never has there best 22 out there. ever. So I don't want to hear it. The top teams dont use excuses.

Saints flooding, for the whole game = Weak as *****:thumbsd: :thumbsd:

Jarman why do you feel the need to come in to the saints chat room and troll...**** off back to your own hole..you won we lost big ****ing deal.. you wont beat us next time:thumbsd:

Take your frustrations out on your game plan, not me.

And Hawthorn didn't flood?!? What game where you watching?

Hawthorn will never be legitimate finals contenders because their spine is awful! Croad/Jacobs get beaten too often, Gilham - who? Roughead is no good, Franklin is too inconsistent, dixon/boyle wont win you games and your best forward is under 6 foot.

In 2 years when hudgton and gehrig have probably retired. Look at stkilda's spine - S Fisher, Maguire, Hayes, Riewoldt, Koschitzke.

Tell me hawthorn's will be better than that?? :p

ok, you got me. Fraser CLEARLY thrashed Croad last night. Franklin kicked 1.5. Roughead 3 goals. Jacobs was playing at Box Hill Hawks. Gilham:thumbsu:

Even with all those so called hacks you kindly mentioned, we still beat your flooding a**es last night. Tell your story walking. Good luck with your flooding, you're on a good thing there.

oh! By the way, the Hawks will be much better than that. And you know this!!
