Ford Ranger Cup great for Fox..pity commentators are so bias and that the majority are from NSW...Myopic (Henry Hell) one, is a disgrace ...

whats your thoughts, or am I being precious..

That's biasED.

You can show bias, or be biased.

Now write it out a hundred times. If it's not done by sunrise, I'll cut your balls off.

Very annoying. And while we're at it, enough of the use of "in regards to". This phrase has spread like wildfire lately. The correct phrase to use is "with regard to". It's not too difficult, people.

And prejudice and prejudiced, people ******** this up in the same way they butcher bias/biased.

Jamie Cox is a boring as well as biased commentator ; horrible voice.

Darren Berry, Damien Fleming and Geoff Lawson are definitely the worst. Jamie Cox isn't a very good commentator but is one of the least biased, probably because he's a selector. Alderman is pretty biased too, that Campbell guy is just one of the most annoying commentators I've ever heard. AB is pretty unbiased, same with the NZ commentators as obviously they don't have any state biases.

They're all shockers, rather call it myself and do 12th man impersonations.

Now that would be something to tune in for, Mickey J pumping out richie and lawry impersonations.

Actually, might actually be better then listening to Ian Smith.

Anyone hear the by-play between Brendan Julien and Mark Waugh whilst Matt Elliott was making runs out in the middle the other day ? I can't recall it word for word but it went something like this ....

BJ : Elliott is doing well, pity his Test career was cut short by that ridiculous collision and run-out while batting in that Sydney Test match a few ......
MW : (jumping in) Hang on, that's rubbish. He played Test cricket again after that, so it had nothing to do with ending his Test Career.
BJ : .........

Silence for a few moments, as the penny dropped on BJ as he remembered that the batsman that Elliott collided with that day was ...... Mark Waugh !

Gee, I wish I'd taped that little interchange, it was priceless....

No, BJ knew Mark Waugh was in that collision and was having a joke with him, it was plain as day.

C'mon, someone has to take over from Bill Lawry when he retires.

Well said. Now you just need to educate everyone on the AFL board.

I've never heard it spelled "biassed" though - even though we speak British English here. Maybe the Yanks are taking the piss with that one? ;)

Lawson is by far the worst but at least I only hear him on the ABC. Anyone outside NSW does not deserve to play for Australia according to him.

Mark Ridgway on the ABC calling FRC and the Twenty20 - he had 3/4 of the WA listeners wanting his home address so they could lynch the biased prick. Almost squealed every ball the Bushrangers scored runs ... EVEN SINGLES. He doesn't deserve to be paid for the crap he dished up. Think of someone who you reckon is bad, quadruple it, then square that number and that's the level of sh1tness of Ridgway.

Yeah, it was a bit of a joke between the two. :thumbsu:
