I agree with you. Puts a bit of value into some other runners that usually would start a lot shorter..

Started at $7.70 and doesnt appear to have ran in the first 4 placings. Anybody hear how it ran? Did it get into trouble or was it a case of just not good enough?

Just not good enough today ended up 7th.

I saw a dog named "Borat" today, looked like an up and coming superstar... Won 4 from 4 so far.

Borat (theres a few more fast ones in the litter) is a half brother to Bettys Angel, Miss Minnie Mouse etc

FRED BASSET tends to only be good from the wide draws as he takes a bit of room to get moving. if boxed in the middle, is a pretty good bet to lay off.

Rob, think you'll find BORAT from the repeat mating that produced TREWLY SPECIAL and GO FOREVER. a handy young bitch from that litter, FERGILICIOUS, is in the laurels (group one) semi finals at sandown tonight.

Yeah your right Bob. I remember seeing Bartolo on the tv talking about a litter of spiral nikitas that broke in better than Bettys Angles litter out of the same broodie. I obviously have this mixed up.

Why?

It's one of the best country tracks in Vic IMO.

And the prize money is the same as the other tracks for a grade 5.

More than a few of the top trainers have no problems taking their dogs there.

Forget about Fred Basset, did any of you blokes have money on Miss Grub at Sandown tonight. She was outstanding.
Ran past Miss Brook as if she was standing still.
$5.00 on TAB fixed odds.
I doubt I will be getting those odds again.
