If we rock up to Subiaco with the same intensity we showed yesterday, well it won't matter who is playing and who isn't playing - the Dockers will be little hope. They really do not like playing us at any ground and we generally make life difficult for them, especially in the physicality stakes. Solomon is expected to miss the rest of the season which is a bit of a bonus for us.

But, what Essendon will show up? The standard was set yesterday against the best side in the country, the same standard needs to be taken to Perth against the second worst side in the competition.

A lot of the boys were apparently filthy after their loss to the WCE over there a couple of weeks back and I'm expecting a much more physical and fluent performance in Perth in the return journey.

We need to do everything to win it. 6 day break coming back from Perth against a Hawks team playing for their season is a recipe for disaster. Even if we win that we will have probably another 6 day break for the finals.

Need to make round 22 a dead rubber. Send of Scotty, rest up the sore players and treat it like a training drill.

that brings another debate to the table..... if we are to beat freo next week, does scott lucas get an instant selection for a farewell game?? i dont think he cuts it in our best 22 and i think that we need to go in with our best possibile side into rd 22 if we are going to have any chance in the 1st final.. i dunno guys if i could start a thread i would but im tipping we have seen scotty play his last game!

tough assignment for the boys this week. We need to win this week as i have a dilema next week if we don't it's either essendon v hawthorn or division one of the eastern football league finals.

The betting agencies would agree with you. There must have been a bit of money come in for Fremantle as they are now slight favourites.
