I watched the highlights on TV (If you can call it that !) There seemed to be a lot of empty seats not that I blame people for not turning up when Fremantle made the decision to lie down. This undermined the integrity of the game.

The Official AFL website had the following. Official crowd: TBC at Aurora Stadium.

This has FA to do with the TSL. So stick it somewhere else, like the main AFL board.

Sorry thought it was about footy in Tassie. Like why were two finals game schedule the same day of this AFL Game in Launceston? Would not common sense off been to play all finals game today (Sunday) Lets face it this TSL Board like the comp is dying. No one has even been bothered to post scores from last night game Glenorchy vs Devonport game some 14 hours after the game. They can not even be bothered to post them on the official AFL Tasmania website. My prediction one year left of TSL before it all goes belly up again

Yes, unfortunately I think you are right. AFL Tas are only interested in getting their draft fees & sucking as much money out of the clubs as possible. They dont care about the clubs or us mug punters at all. They keep the finals $$, sponsorship $$ etc. Then say they are paying for the competition. What crap. The clubs are struggling with poor crowds & are about to get rid of 1/3 of their players!! She's a mess all right. I will be surprised if it goes on much longer like this. Clubs must be feeling the pinch.

Noticed in the record last night that Scott Wade was going on about how the clubs need to get rid of reserves. Was saying how doing this will help the leagues below the TSL (first time he has seemed to give a stuff about the amatuer leagues) and how the SFL, NTFL, NTFA were saying that state clubs need to display more leadership in this matter.

What Scott needs to bloody realise is that the clubs arent ready to do such a thing. Sure in 5-10 years time if the clubs could become strong enough to equal the old statewide days than get rid of the reserves. But the clubs are not financially ready for it, they wouldn't be complaning if they were.

I am seriously hoping those two clubs that were thinking about a rival league do it, just so AFL tas start listening to everyone.

I can guess one club might be Glenorchy? (Might also be wrong with this educated guess) who would the second one be ?
Surely Scott Wade needs to look up what the word Consensus means instead of his dictatorship attitude towards all the TSL clubs

Southern club wise mabey North Hobart. Hobart and Lauderdale wouldn't and Clarence seems to get special treatment from AFL tas so not them either.

Up north North Launceston was threatning to leave over the reserves issue so mabey them.
