Yeah, they broke up, but Angie Hart tried her hand at Stand-up comedy / Cabaret for a while and then went to the US to form splendid, make friends with Joss Whedon (Buffy creator), appear on his show and build a career there.

I first saw Frente when they appeared on Home and Away when the show was popular with Shane & Angel. Last I heard was that Angie Hart had broken off with her husband (who was also in the band) and was in the US now.
Angie lives in California with her husband Jesse Tobias (ex- RHCP and was in Alanis' band with Taylor Hawkins) and still plays from time to time. They were nominated for a Emmy last year.

It was their worst song....horribly over-produced (just like their two albums). It was gut wrenching to hear songs that sounded so good live suddenly sound so slick when recorded.
Their first EP, Whirled, was wonderful. Low budget, the rough production suited their sound.
It's a shame that they lost their heads when the fame hit, and when they fell, they didn't seem to know what had happened.
