My house got burgarled today by some friggen maggott. Some gold fm guys saw him walk out from my house with my boyfriends guitars..minidisk, dvd player, about 500 bucks in cash..and 900 dollar earrings given to me by my folks for my 21st....and 350 dollars which was meant to buy my new kitty this week

My bro who was stayin at our house came home to see the front door stained glass window smashed..thank you to the radio guys who followed this cretin up to bridge rd, watch him get on a tram and give a really good description of him to the police. Many thanks for taking concern..thats about the only thing good about today...hope a lions win will cheer me up

I hate people who steal..its so low life..if you cant work for it..then dont friggen take whats not yrs! The polcie all agreed ity so would have been drug money...as the guy was headed straight into the city (from Richmond) obviously to pawn it all off.

Yea worst thing is my landlord thinks a peice of carboard over a smashed front door is enough protection till the morning after we've been burgalered and all......
anyone know anything about landlords and property management? Shouldnt something like this where safety is involved be dealt with straight away?

That is terrible news, I bought my daughter a $400 Ruby pendant for her 21st in July & her house got burgled 2 weeks later & it got stolen.

I think maybe instead of buying a kitten, buy a bloody huge dog like me, no one dares break into my house.

I'm pretty sure emergency repairs like that have to be secure enough to prevent a repeat (not bloody cardboard), and have to be carried out immediately upon request. When I got burgled a few years ago the insurance company and landlord sent someone out pretty quick to do an emergency patch-up job (it was fairly late at night), and I took the following day off work while someone else came out to fix everything up properly.

If all else fails, Darky will pop over to kick some anus if required, cos you're a mate.
