The 2003 season can best be described as a frustrating and disappointing one. Following a top three finish in 2002,
expectations were high as we embarked upon our 2003 campaign. Unfortunately we did not meet our expectations. The reasons for this are many and varied but everyone involved at the Club is looking forward to working hard in the off season to ensure the club has a successful 2004.

It is true that we suffered injuries to key players at different stages of the season. However if we are to improve as a
club we must be able to cover these injuries with players that are ready to accept the challenges of senior football. During the Pre Season we will be working vigorously with our talented under age players to develop them into senior footballers.
The Club can confirm that John Klug will be senior coach in season 2004. We are confident that under John's leadership we will once again be force to be reckoned with in the SFL competition.

Off field the Club will record an operating profit for the fourth year in a row and is looking forward to 2004 with great
excitement with a number of new initiatives that will be implemented. Our positive financial position can be attributed to
the many people who help out around the club during the season and in the off season.

In closing the Club would like to thank its naming rights sponsor the Oasis and DJ Motors for their fantastic support this
season.
