A young guy at work called Scott was out with his mates on the town and they were teasing some homeless guy when the man asked Scott his name so he could tell his parents, he told him and when he asked the homeless man his name, he replied "Scott damn all to do with you". Apparently his mates thought it was the best comeback.

Sounds like a real hero.

Actually, On average, a human's brain is working at about 2-5 percent. If we could control or tap into 50% of one's mind, we would have telekinetic abilities and could manipulate electrical impulses and radio sound waves. :)

Weird first post but okay...

this is why your not married, miss information.

we use 10% of our brain at rest, when working on difficult challenges particularly multitasking we commonly use between 40-50% of our brain. over the course of a day a human being will use on average 90-100% of its capacity, although not necessarily all at the same time.

this is because different parts of the brain are used for different things, just as you don't use all your muscles at the same time, you don't use all parts of your brain at the same time.

look at it this compare playing footy, to watching footy. lying down on lounge generally you need your ears to hear and your eyes to see. so thats all all use outside of the bodies required systems. those parts of your body and your brain are active while watching footy.

on the field however you've got to make decisions, co-ordinate movement of limbs, judge depth, anticipate, etc, etc. through this your using your arms your legs your using muscles your burning fat reserves, your also using the areas of your brain that controls them.

each task is controlled by a different part of your brain. there's no untapped super powers your missing out on. if you don't use more then 10% of your brain you need to get off the lounge and stop being a lazy campaigner.

if your using 2-5 percent of your brain, see a neurologist because there's a good chance you have brain damage.

If you see somebody you're not that fond of approaching you, and if you're with some friends, you look at them and ask, "Did one of you order a gorilla gram?"
