You don't need to eat the whole cake to know it tastes good!

I've only seen him for a few minutes in the Adelaide game but this didn't stop him getting the ball half a dozen times.

The kid is going to be a gun right in the mould of Gary Hocking.

Through quarter-time, Junior's got only four possessions-- but judging from the in-progress stats on the AFL website, I see what you mean.

The kid's busier than a feather in a whirlwind, if you know what I mean.

His is the first line on the Geelong roundup.

Cheers,
William

Gary Snr didn't play enough games at Hawthorn.
Now the HUN are writing stories on Nathan who is playing at Modewarre.

Gary Jnr does look a good prospect. He worked well with Lord [naturally ;) ]

Hilarious. Remarkable as well given that Gary Snr. only played 6 games for Hawthorn

While I think Jesus will be a very very good player. I'd have to say that James Bartel looks an even better prospect. His handling is first rate and seems to have very good disposal. Shame that he gave away that 50 tonight when the game was to be won, I'm sure he thought it was a Geelong free. Enright also really has come on.

Does anyone think the one to be left behind in future years might be David Clarke?

Things are gradually starting to look up!

gocatsgo,

I agree with you about James Bartel... he looks an outstanding prospect for Geelong and if nothing else, I think we've found out already that this boy is going to be good. :):)

There were many good signs for us tonight, we just need to keep trying and having a go and things will turn around.

I'm really looking forward to the Roos game next week. :)

Go Cats!! :)

Good to see the Hype has Jumped from Gazza Jnr to his younger bro. I guess Mark Stevens has had nothing better to do then write about a 16 year old kid who is playing Local Footy for the Modewarre FC.

I wonder If Mr Stevens paid a visit to the Unofficial GFC Message board, where a question was raised by me what the young lad was doing.

As NYMets suggests, 'you gotta believe.' My beloved cats are doing it tough at the moment but im happy that we are blooding the youngsters and I believe it will pay off in the long run. Its just a shame some of our senior players dont provide more of an example to the younger fellas, who seem to be doing all the work at the moment.

I love my club, and no amount of taunting will change that. Carn the cats, the pain we are experiencing now will make that premiership even more enjoyable :D :p :) .

Good to see BIG BEN Graham saying on MMM that Gazza and Jimmy did not have that good a game but they looked promising, on those words Benny will be sitting on the bench in the 2's.
