this guy used to be the bulldogs ruck coach but was sacked....he's helped develop scott wynd and luke darcy and has also done body work coaching and other things.....you reckon he's worth employing for our young ruckmen ie petrie and porter? i think so if we can afford him....

Gary is a great man..........but you can't understand a word he he saying.......Simon Madden has been around the club for a few years as ruck coach i think.....not sure if he is still there?

Dempsey is the best ruckman I've ever seen.
He would take mark after mark and his tap work was second to none.
I'd love to see the big fella back at Arden st. and show young Drew how it's done.

l think he would be great value for our big guys, not sure we can afford it, but if we could fit it in, he would be invaluable, even to our older ruckman Burton and Porter.

whilst i am too young to have seen him play i have met Gary Dempsey a few times and he is a great man to have around any club. He did a lot of good work with the Bulldogs and was always very happy to have a chat to all the supporters down at training. And yes Melly I find him very hard to understand too its as if he is whispering like hes got lung cancer or somethin

His throat was badly burnt in a bushfire

And I don't think you'll get him, because North are cost cutting just like we are and I don't think you would sack Madden

It sux that we're so broke we have to get rid of a club legend who has been working at the club for something like the alst 16 years
