Over my years i have known 3 CEOS and they have quite openly said [to me] they would hire a Man before a woman.Unless the Female was 30-35 plus with no kids

Many companies are probably not taking on females because of the 'possibility' they will have kids and take maternity leave. It isn't right, but just how it is.

Also its the ones with kids who stay home a rightly so when they are sick.
