The poll I created to show GentlemanJeff that his approach to BigFooty was not appreciated is over. Thanks to everyone who voted and participated in a very unusual thread.

There were 54 votes.

The result was that 75% of voters consider GJ to be a troll.

I'm hopeful that GJ will get the message and self-moderate his comments to at least rationalise his opinions and refrain from personally sledging anyone who disagrees with him. My view is he should start with respecting other posters.

I'd reiterate that free speech is compatible with civility. Just because we are on the Internet does not mean we can't have both.

Alot of ppl agree with the Doc. I agree with his sentiments dont necessarily agree it was the right way of handling it but it was understandable.

It may well have also exacerbated the situation but GJ and his clone have pushed alot of regulars to their limits.

Posters should read the drivel that GJ and the clone have written and you would understand the frustrations.
