Have heard that Oz guitar legend and producer Lobby Loyde has cancer. Don't know the extent but am hoping it is curable.
Has been a huge influence on Oz Bands (Cosmic Psychos come to mind) being in bands such as The Purple Hearts, Wild Cherries, Aztecs, Coloured Balls, Rose Tattoo (bass), Sudden Electric and more.
A benefit gig is being organised. Wish this great of Oz music a succesful and speedy recovery.
