Getting Foxtel

I just want some feedback by anyone here that has Foxtel.

Is it worth getting? How much does it cost?

I sometimes look at the Foxtel listings in the TV guide and there are some shows there I's like to watch (like some of my favourite sitcoms I have not seen for ages on the TV network, new release films, and live AFL matches).

Do you watch much free to air TV if you have foxtel? Is the bill a burdon? Are the stations really that good? Do you watch the station that just shows famous TV sitcoms much?

i love my foxtel!
i dont watch much free to air tv now, just talking footy, and the other footy shows on free to air, and the occasional movie on the sunday night if its any good.

but mostly i watch showtime and the 2 fox sport channels. also the 3 music channels are pretty good.

im not sure how much we pay for it, we have 2 connections, (in 2 bedrooms) and i think thats an extra $12 per connections, so thats not to bad!

cats2001, i would say its worth getting!! i love it..

Yes it is worth getting.

Foxtel are going to set up and AFL Channel from next season. It's going to be great. I don't watch FTA anymore.

I agree with PP, the music channels are good, but i wish Fox Sports 2 were 24/7. But i tell you what...i am addicted to The History Channel.
