All you Essendon supporters who want to see Sheedy get sacked (and i am probably one of them) should give up as he is still contracted untill the end of next season so it wont happen.
The club does not have the balls to sack him because they are scared of what life would be like after sheedy. he practicly runs the place so there is no chance of him leaving. he will be coaching us from a bubble when he is 75 and by the time he is 80 he will still be coaching us, only this time he will be sending messages through his life support system.
And don't worry he still has a few new plans. He has the recruit of the year back to clog up the hole at chb next season in henneman. he will have added lighning speed to the midfield with the inclusions of peverill, rioli and camporeale. he has also got richie cole to throw in there somewhere.
he also has a new promotion down at the club for future games with skelator (mcphee) and heman (johns) leading the way.
also there are also some pretty quick players that will be availabe next season through the pre season draft. namely stephen powell, andrew thoompson, justin peckett, robert harvey, anthony koutoufides and michael voss just to name a few.
so dont worry things will improve. it's just a little short term pain for some long term gain.
