I didn't get around to watch the game 2day, but i went 2 skool with glenn and know he's good but im not sure if he's got the skill to play afl, he definetely has the toughness and brainjs to be a great player.

He's a first year rookie listed player, and is not expected to be among the first few elevated. Eddy, Miles, and even probably Van Rheenen are ahead of him for possible elevation at this stage. He will know this, and hopefully play well for the Scorpions this year to earn a spot next year.

I suspect Lyon's got him playing those 5 minutes, not so much for touches etc but more for just getting a sense of what it's like to be on a big ground with the big boys with a big crowd (granted, there were only 5,000 at Manuka, but still...). His confidence isn't going to weaken because of that, it'll grow!
