Connolly said he wanted us to be more attacking and that we have. We have scored the biggest total in the competition 4 out of the last 5 weeks and this is because we have had so many options.

Pavlich 12 goals
Farmer 10 goals
Headland 10 goals
Carr 10 goals
Cook 9 goals
Hasleby 8 goals
Croad 7 goals
Bell 7 goals


This is a significant improvement from last season where we relied on Croad, Longmuir, Medhurst and Farmer to kick all our goals. We now have the midfield running forward and kicking plenty of goals which is a significant feature of sides with very good midfields such as Brisbane, Adelaide, WC and Port.

The ironic thing today is besides Longmuir I thought the other forwards failed , good signs when we can still bag 18.
