Surprised he got cut by the Suns. Think he'd be a decent pick up considering a 3rd full time ruck man would come in pretty handy. Still young and very athletic. These talls don't grow on trees. Would rather this than a delisted midsized player which there are tonnes of

I was a fan back in the under 18's, but he hasn't adapted to the big time. It's worth a shot as a rookie though maybe.

Logically worth a rookie. Had big wraps on him, but hasn't produced. All depends on what is his problem. If he hasn't the tools then no way. If it is attitude then that's a specific issue of whether we can fix him. If he is a *^&%head, then why bother? I don't know much about him, but some posters suggest it is attitude. So we need ot have a good think about how much it is worth trying to 'fix' him.

If he can play, then yes, consider rookie option. One year to prove himself.
If it was an attitude thing, then you should be able to beat that out of him.
If he is just a tool of a bloke, then don't bother as nothing will fix that, apart from another five to ten years of growing up.

Sounds about right then, as it's not like he was competing for games at the GC against the best in the league eg Goldy, sandi, Mummy,Nic Nat, Jacobs etc.
