Went to my first WAFL Grand final since 1996 and was shocked by the lack of any half time entertainment. Is this a usual thing or is the WAFC just having a poor year?

I've been to the WAFL GF the last 5 years and there hasn't been much in the way of entertainment besides a few kicking comps.

Wouldn't mind some decent local bands playing beforehand or something....

I go for a game of football, couldn't give a toss whats happening on the field while I take a piss and buy a hotdog

It's always been beyond awful every time I've been there to watch Wests in a GF. That one in 1993 of Dean Kemp ordering a helicopter around Subi like it's a sheep dog was a particular memory that gives me PTSD. No wonder we all booed it.

I was there for that too. That was embarrassing. I think that was a promotion for Pepsi max. He was calling the helicopter Max too.

I thought the game on Sunday was entertainment enough. Bloody good game of footy.
