griffiths will be in the firsts sooner than you think
Don't tease us blaisee, you usually provide quality inside info so fess up do you know something or are you speculating.

Ben Griffiths listed as 'Test' on the latest injury list on RFC website.

Given there is no VFL game this weekend he should be good to go the following week for Coburg.

Good result. :thumbsu:

Its no secret that dimma is a MASSIVE griffiths fan, MASSIVE. So Massive that he personally supervises Griffiths weight sessions. He sees Griffo as a critical cog in the team he is trying to create. Griffiths is right to play this week, unfortunately coburg have a bye, he could be a shock inclusion for the dreamtime game but, if he stays upright get ready for his debut very soon afterwards. People dont realise the potential that Griffiths has, he is going to be a huge unit when he furnishes, add that to his athletic ability and the fact that his vo2max testing was very similar to a richmond forward who recently retired and kicked 800 goals, and you start to get the picture as to his potential. Tremendous 60 metre kick on both feet too, not unlike Warren Tredrea in that way, and dimma would of seen a heap of young Warren in his port days

Tantalising prospect, hopefully he gets a good run from the injury gods.

looking like a right royal idiot at the moment sitting at work laughing uncontrollably at my mobile while reading some of the responses above. Hopefully Blaisee is on the money with his tip

People dont realise the potential that Griffiths has,

Exactly. I have posted this before, but Kevin "Shifter" Sheehan said when he was drafted..

"He will be like Plugger only quicker and more agile"

and

"If it wasnt for his shoulder, he would be a high top 10 pick"

No wonder Dimma has a man crush on him.:thumbsu:

If thats true about his VO2 max results then that is very impressive. Shows he has been working hard because that was always one part of his game where he wasnt a standout. Came in the bottom 4 around the tan this year too. Good to hear he has been putting the kms in the legs

I really need to stop reading this thread, it keeps getting me more and more excited, at this rate, he'll get named in the emergencies and I'll need to change pants.
