I'd take a wild punt and think VB would be on more than 250k. Interesting though, I wonder how many you have right, probably more than half

2013 is was $265k. so it would probably be around 270k-280k this year.

i was going to post a similar thread ages ago but that one was going to be out over contract lifetimes (or simply the next three or four years if you want to make it easier). Essentially playing a hypothetical list manager game. I think that would give a better appreciation of the salaries and list management than media hyped versions.

both are on the senior list. only those on the rookie list are payed rookie contracts.
no idea about brad, but matt would be on the afl wage for a 1st round draft pick (or second - can't remember where he was drafted). the first 2 years of the contract are set by the afl depending on where you are picked in the draft (or if you play for the sydney swans reserve bank swans).
but yes, its not 150. 110 i think? or maybe a bit lower.

EDIT: probably even less than 110. it was 59k for a first rounder in 2012 (+2900 per game). so maybe 70-90 depending on how the new agreement went the other year.

Why would that matter, they are paid based on potential and the amount of money the AFL generates from sponsors and tv rights????????????????????????????????????????

Mate average is average if the total amount spent (cap) is set, danger could be on 9 mill a year and the rest play for free the average would be the same

If it's for this year Cameron, both Crouches would all be on less. Would think Pods would have signed for a bit less as well.
Add an extra 40-50k to Martin and Jaensch.
