Watched "Who's Harry Nilsson and why is everybody talking about him" on SBS a few months ago. A very good doco if you haven't seen it.
"Everybody's Talkin' " is one of my favourite songs of all time, alongside "Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head" from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
I think those 2 songs made their respective films better. BC/SK is one of my favourite films but the bicycle scene in which the song plays is brilliant.
Midnight Cowboy, although a fine film, leaves a bitter taste in your mouth but the theme is great.

In 1977, I received the album featured above as a wedding present, from a cricketing mate. I still treasure it. If you can't get a root after playing the songs on this, you should give up.
