Well if he is, all I can say is that he is not welcome at Carlton.
We have already given an unsavoury ex-player from another club (Lawrence Angwin) a chance and got burnt, so I don't think Carlton will make the same mistake twice.

Was John Nicholls really a bank roober? Surely not! Imagaine you're a petite 20 year old bank tellar and Big Nick comes in with all guns blazing!

Beetham is a bit of a space cadet and just seems to go through the motions in the VAFA but seems quite content not busting a gut to play AFL. Fair enough too.

Re the Carlton list of rougues, what about Jimmy Buckley? He was a hoodlum. And Vince Smith from the 60s? He stole about 2 million from the coffers of the NAB and apparently he's living in a tent now..."We'll keep out end Up!"
