Let me start by saying I'm a yuge fan of O'Neills and an even yuger fan of Adelaide Crows.

But geez would you have a feel of these hats they sent us? They feel like they are tiny on your head. No amount of slack you give at the back makes a difference because there just isn't enough material.

The hat is perfectly fine, and easily adjustable.

Granted it's not the awesome designs of the mid 2010's, but it does the job on game day.
