I would be looking at 2004 and we will need to trade well for Pavlich and possibly Longmuir to do it. Midfield and defence are priorities.

I strongly disagree Modra, good big men are the backbone of any team. I reckons we hang on to them and build the smalls around them.

Besides, Longmuir (I assume your talking about J Longmuir not T Longmuir) will start and finish his career at Freo. Money can;t buy you that sort of loyalty.

Exactly you can be assured that the likes of Longmuir,Haselby,Polak and McPharlin will be life time players with the club.
I dare say you could Add brown to that list also.

Is this the same longmuir who refused to stay at the club unless they promised to sign his brother? such loyalty..
Polak a lifelong player- did you base that on the fact he played 15 minutes in his first game, or is there something more. Loyalty cuts both ways, anyway- it would be perhaps cynical to say that people only develop loyalty to clubs that win, perhaps more correct to say they only develop loyalty to clubs with winning culture. Unless freo improve significantly this year.. well, expect a lot of the young blokes to look seriously at other issues.

Medhurst is an Eagle's Fan, and will be an Eagle after his contract runs at Freo.

This should be a good troll:)

Hey wet toast fans. Can't wait to see Judd back in Victoria in a few years while Polak will be going strong with us.

Longmuirs' and Pav's management are still trying to get us back for the Francis debacle and as all managers do are seeing $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. The Longmuirs aren't going anywhere. Pav, well thats still a tough one.

Medhurst is a dead set legend and like Rioli at the Bombers, and Armstrong at Melbourne he won't forget that you guys passed on him (so suffer in ya daks).

Let me get this straight you pay out someone for where they live and you live in mandurah?
AHAHAHAHH
Talk about a hole.
Dont get me wrong nice play to holiday but live?
I couldnt think of anything more boring.

Actually Sabre I live in Murdoch now. As for your comment about Mandurah, it is ten times what Morley is. Mandurah is a great place to live, great beaches, golf courses, canals, the foreshore, some nightclubs and pubs. So yeh Mandurah is a great place actually. You ever lived here Sabre? If not you can't comment on wether it is boring or not. Now I agree Morley would be a very exciting place to live. Must be real exciting waiting for some crim to break into your house.

Well murdoch even better....
Mandurah is a holiday spot nothing more I know a number of people my age that live down there and constantly comment on how there is nothing to do there.
Ive holidayed in Mandurah and for your information I live near scarborough.

Well Sabre how is Scabs diff to Mandurah? If they have nothing to do there boring ppl. What can u do at Scarb, go to the beach, sounds just like Mandurah :) The only prob mandurah has is high youth unemployment. That is as a result of it growing so fast. If it such a boring place why is it growing so quickly?

Thanks for proving what a superficial lot you wet toast supporters are i_luv_wettoast (or is that i_luv_myfourwheeldrive or i_luv_my_team_when_they_win).

I actually live in Ardross now. Make me a better person...? Nah.

Did your comment make you look like the prat that most wet toast supporters are? Ummmm... Yep.

So again, how are you going to feel when Judd is cutting it up back home in a few years?

Your right funky_monk, I shouldn't have said that. You just pissed me off with some of your comments. I apologise for making those comments.
