Several posts claim Ryley Dunn is being shopped around.
I doubt freo would want haynes in any kind of deal but is dunn worth going after?
for 1st round pick?

Spencer maybe? Fremantle need a big bodied defender.

Andrew Welsh would be perfect as a small defender with a bit of "oomph". I'm sure Kevin Sheedy would ask for Kane Tenace though.

But if you could get him for Haynes and a 3rd, do it. Then get Daniel McConnell for a 2nd rounder.

Have Essendon admitted that? Why the Tivendale for Welsh rumors then? No way is Tivendale the equivalent of a 1st rounder, unless Richmond chucks in another 2nd round draft pick.

Remember the draft now is as much about athletic measurements as it is football ability, and the 2 don't always match up. Trent Croad v Steve Johnson - who's the footballer and who's the athlete?

Not a good example to highlight your point. Croad was AA this year and must have gone close last year. The gap between Johnson's best and worse is massive, and that last moment in the final with the Swans probably highlights why recruiters picked him up when they did.
