Apparently it is over money and the length of the deal. David wants 2 years and the club is only offering one. I can see why they are only offering him one, but i can see enough grounds to give the great man 2 years.

If he leaves then the ***** will really hit the ceiling with the fans. He was a greater firgure than Wizza.

Not if its totally outrageous. I think it is fair to give him one year. It was not that long a go that he wanted to retire at the end of 2001 and now he wants to go on for 2 years.

Well the truth is, IF we had won the flag last year he was going to retire, cos he would have gone out on a high. BUT now he is focusing in on 200 games. I am pretty sure he will stay.

Nah i say give him two with a get out clause. stating that if either party isnt satisfied with how things are going they can part company after the first year. Cos seriously Neale and Davide dont really get along.

Yeah but Neale doesnt.....if he has a drink he has 1. if Oxy has a drink he has 10....they r like chalk and cheese..... he dragged Dave into his office every week for meetings.. He drilled him everytime something happened. LOL but yeah ive never had any problems with the man. Just a hint. if u r at an aftermatch and u wanna hit a good note with him, offer to buy him a drink (esp after a win) he luvs it. LOL worked for me in adelaide.
