If he had played all 250 games for the Navy Blue... we would be hot to trot... but seeing as he played his first 50 odd for the filth... we are more happy about him hitting the 200 for us than his overall tally.

And it did take a few years for the Carlton supporters to really learn to love him... the number of decontam showers he had to take and the fact he smelt constantly of iodine and bleach for his first couple of years with us would have had us wrinkling our noses. But he has scrubbed up well and is a deadset champ.

Well he is quite popular, I like him and don't know many supporters who don't, go look at last years BnF thread if you don't believe

But in all seriousness, that one incident aside, Scotto is very much liked and a very good bloke. Everyone around the club could attest to that and it seems he's a real clubman these days. No doubt that despite his first 50 or so games with them, he's a Blue through and through.
