Heath Shaw asked by GWS to consider his options. Do any other clubs want him?

I don't think he's the right club for anyone at this point and you couldn't pay me to take him on, anyone else have a different opinion?

Speculation GWS has also asked veteran defender Heath Shaw to consider his future is believed to be baseless. Shaw, 31, has a year to run on his contract with the Giants and, at this time, both he and the Giants expect him to fulfil it.

Two serious questions:
1) wasn't part of the appeal for Heater to go north the potential to move into coaching. Does Brogan's departure bring up an opening for a part-time coach like Shaw?
2) With Wilson potentially leaving, who takes the backline general role? Deledio?
