Dear Supporters,

Its day 4 of my impending death cold, I think it has mutated into a bad case of hay fever, but i am brave, strong and will survive this.
I took today off work to recoup and try some "alternative" medicines, but may need a few more days off just incase.
Thank you for all your well wishes they have given me strength to jump this hurdle and survive.
