Help Getting a New PC

As my Old 1 Died as when Turnee on it powers up and Straighy away turns back off and Keeps Doing it so Thinking of a New Computer but not sure best way to do it

Would buy a new Computer at like Office Works or Harvey Norman be better then get someone to Build it for me?

No, don't got to either of those two places. A lot of those department store one's are overpriced for what you get.

If you know someone, (and you trust they know what they're doing) get them to build it for you. It'll be cheaper and you'll
know/be able to select the parts that go into it.

If not, then get a dedicated PC shop like PC Case Gear to build it for you.
